Role Overview

The CSO will be the connection point, creating compelling media strategy and strategic insight driven by big and small data that seamlessly aligns with our client’s brand and business strategy. You will report directly to the CEO.

This role comes with an extensive remit and responsibility. The CSO will work across existing businesses in a consultative manner and will also play a crucial role in defining the agency’s market narrative for Solutions, data, products & capabilities with a strong focus on acquiring new business & organically growing existing clients. We seek someone with experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, integrated comms planning, consumer-centric design, and media strategy and innovation. The CSO will lead and oversee the Business Intelligence, Strategy, Performance, and analytics teams at Mindshare Canada
