About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator with a proven track record of utilizing their unique skills and experience to support and coordinate sales and marketing initiatives. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator ensures efficient gathering, analyzing, reporting and transfer of information to and from the sales force in support of sales and marketing. This position reports to Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
Support marketing team in organizing various projects, executing marketing programs, developing creative material, support the launch of new products, and successfully build brands.
Work closely with other departments including: Procurement, Quality, Regulatory & Sales to ensure the accurate flow of information and the coordination of projects.
Monitor & provide support for digital marketing campaigns, online content, and social media accounts.
Assist in website development, e-commerce and social media projects.
Coordinate dealing with field shipments, MD lists, retail target accounts and trade communications.
Onboarding packages for all new reps – goodie bag, training binders, marketing materials, sample shipments.
Communicate with customers who call in or email about questions or complaints, tracking all information with the SOP form given by Quality.
Assist in market and scientific research, analyze trade and consumer trends and make recommendations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management
Education: University undergraduate diploma – business administration, commerce, science, sales, marketing
Science background preferred
Project management skills
Independent, organized, with a high attention to detail
Highly proficient with MS Office
Customer service focus
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to problem-solve, work independently and is self-motivated
