We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead day to day human resources support for the MMGY Global portfolio in Canada. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning HR and business objectives with employees and management in Canada. The position serves as an expert consultant to management and staff on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as a proactive employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively and professionally within the HR and other departments, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its mid-range plans, culture and its competition.

This position will generally work Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5PM in a traditional office setting with extended periods of sitting, and possible standing. Depending on workload and seasons, the position may require overtime, including evenings and weekends.
This position will be based out of our Whistler, BC, Canada office, but may require some travel to other designated offices/regions where assigned (5-10%)
Full COVID-19 vaccination is required for all business travel.
