We currently have a permanent position IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, you are a person passionate about providing exemplary service, and it will be our pleasure to meet you.
Description of tasks:
You will have to process online and telephone orders, prepare purchase orders, answer and redirect emails, answer customer questions.
Coordinate purchases from different suppliers, follow up, check order status to avoid delays.
Call new customers and follow-up with existing ones to increase sales pipeline.
Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
