Sinai Health is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our Total Rewards team. The Human Resources Assistant, Total Rewards is an integral part of the busy and dynamic, Human Resources Department at Mount Sinai Hospital. In this role, you will be expected to exercise sound judgment and independence while managing the day-to-day related administrative human resource activities. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality customer service, applying excellent problem solving and communication skills to ensure the success of the department. The Human Resources Assistant, Total Rewards is responsible for the integrity of the Human Resources Capital Management System – CeridianDayforce, including documentation and processing of new hires, transfers, terminations and other amendments.
