MSI Corp Looking for Customer Service Representative at Canada Full Time

Our telecom client, Bell Canada, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Product Logistics Representative to join their team in a remote contract opportunity. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain (Direct Consumer Fulfillment) the position of Product Logistics Representative is an essential part of the department. The Product Logistics Representative will be the liaison between customers, Bell Interactive, Bell TV, Bell Mobility, Keuhne & Nagel (Warehouse), Canada Post, Planning Associates, and the Executive Care Teams at Bell Canada. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor the logistics operations to identify and address any exceptions or issues promptly.
• Process customer orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner, including manual processing when necessary.
• Investigate and correct any errors in customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
• Review and assess requests for credits or debits as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit/debit requests according to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor activities for signs of fraudulent behavior or irregularities.
• Take appropriate actions to investigate and report any suspected fraudulent activities.
• Offer exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate information and solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Bilingualism (English and French, written and oral) is essential.
• Proven experience in customer service support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
• Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention methods is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
