My Storage Looking for Customer Service Receptionist / Manager at Belleville, ON Full Time

$18-22/hour, plus commission on all sales.

Job Responsibilities include;

– Managing/maintaining 3 facility’s and completing site checks in Belleville North, South and Trenton (Gas is covered)

– Sweeping halls, units, picking up garbage, mopping, cleaning office

– Provide assistance to customers, taking payments, move in’s, etc..

– Completing daily and weekly reports pertaining to your site(s)

– Cleaning office space daily after use, as well as keeping facility up to standards

– Have a vehicle and valid drivers license to complete bank runs, site checks

Employees need to be;

– Punctual and reliable

– have full availability including weekends

– computer literate, customer service capabilities, phone etiquette

– Great communication skills while handling customers and working in an office alone
