POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving and changing people management and strategy across the organization. Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Manager will implement, guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs that will provide an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Manager additionally be responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.
