Base salary & incentive plan provided, as well as a health spending account or education fund.

Note: As an Employee, MYo Lab covers your GST payments, so you don’t have to worry about that come tax season, meaning more of this salary stays in your pocket! Also, 4% Vacation Pay is ADDITIONAL to the listed salary!
Also, we automatically add 15 minute buffers to every appointment, no matter the length, so you are never truly back-to-back!
OPTION 1 (these are the hours we have available, please let us know what your ideal schedule from these hours you are desiring, your total weekly hours desired within these listed hours, and/or if you are completely open & interested in working any combination of the hours listed. **Please note- we are only looking for applicants who are committed to working AT LEAST 30HRS/WK): Sundays @9am-6pm, Mondays @9-2:30pm OR 12-9pm, Tuesdays @9-3pm OR 5-9pm, Wednesdays @9-1pm OR 5-9pm, Thursdays @9-1pm OR 3-9pm (Weekly Team Meetings from 12:30pm-2pm on Wednesdays; switching to Mondays @1-2:30pm starting October; Weekly Role Play Meetings Mondays @10-11am, switching to 12-12:45pm starting October)
Ie- If you were to select 30 Total hours over 5 days/week w/ Team Meeting & Role Play Meeting
Corresponding Annual Salary= $45,000 + 4% Vacation Pay + ~25% bonus for “Good” performance= ~$58,000
Ie- If you were to select 35 Total hours over 5 days/week w/ Team Meeting & Role Play Meeting
Corresponding Annual Salary= $52,200 + 4% Vacation Pay + ~25% bonus for “Good” performance= ~$68,000
Ie- If you were to select 40 Total hours over 5 days/week w/ Team Meeting & Role Play Meeting
Corresponding Annual Salary= $59,700 + 4% Vacation Pay + ~25% bonus for “Good” performance= ~$77,000
OPTION 2: EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE EXPERIENCED RMT LOOKING TO TRANSFER A CLIENT-LIST ALONG WITH THEM
Schedule:
(Please be sure to include in your application which options you desire)
- The successful candidate will start with 2 weeks of training (a mixture of in-person & remote, as best suits your life during these 2 weeks), then open schedule, all while receiving full salary as our goal is to help support you in your starting phase so you can perform at your best for patients, the rest of the team and yourself!
- 30-44hrs/wk over 5 days/wk (Sundays through Thursdays) based on your preference of hours within our business hours (as follows): Sundays @9am-6pm; Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays @9am-9pm (OFF Fridays & Saturdays).
- Mandatory weekly 45-min Role Play Meetings Mondays @12-12:45 pm & 1.5-hr Team Meetings Mondays @1-2:30 pm to assist with team alignment.
- Historically, our busiest hours are all day Sundays (9am-6pm) and 4-8pm Mondays through Thursdays, though we are open to discussing what will work best for you and your career within MYo Lab (Base salary for Registered Massage Therapist with 2yrs of clinical experience & bringing over some patients with them is only limited by the number of hours you desire working & the case load you are confident in bringing over)
