We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administration Specialist to join our fast-paced private rehabilitation and wellness clinic.
Join this multi-disciplinary clinic with two locations in the GTA (Scarborough and Etobicoke) – this position is based in our Scarborough location and offers the right individual an opportunity to join a team of professionals in providing exemplary care to our patients who have complex medical issues. Responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into the system for treatment sessions based on what patients do.
- Creating treatment plans
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in a similar position; experience in healthcare, private clinic or insurance an asset.
- Strong computer knowledge including HCAI software, MS Office;
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize, and adapt to situations in a highly dynamic and quick-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound judgment, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality
