The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting IT personnel for Private and Public sectors and who either possesses or is eligible to obtain a Secret level security clearance (minimum 10 years of residency in Canada).
The Technical Recruiter will report to the account executive and conduct recruiting as assigned to identify and evaluate potential candidates.
Work location: Ottawa or Toronto and or remote.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience primarily for positions such as but not limited to Full Stack Developer, MS azure developers/architects, DevOps Engineer, Software Architects – both contract and full-time positions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
Experience sourcing and recruiting for all positions via, social media, job boards, career fairs and internal database.
