- Data Prep: Prepare data based on drawings and documents issued by the Client;
- Layout: Construction layouts of underground mainlines, services, roads, grading, etc, including the preparation of survey notes, grade sheets and calculations;
- As-Builts: Complete as-builts for ongoing work in accordance with Contract Documents and our own requirements;
- Settlement Monitoring: Manage and conduct the settlement monitoring program onsite;
- Equipment: Keep equipment maintained and calibrated;
- Quantities: quantify work completed to date where needed;
- Drafting: Draft sketches and working drawings as needed;
- Coordination: Coordinate and schedule work activities with the crews and the subcontractors onsite under minimal supervision;
- Safety: Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Construction Regulations including the knowledge and application of the Certificate of Recognition Program, and the Company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures;
- Other duties as needed

Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
