The Senior Process Improvement Advisor reports to the manager of the Canadian tax slip management team for non-registered accounts.
Your role:
Help define, plan, organize and deliver initiatives related to Canadian tax slip processes.
Lead complex projects involving many internal and external partners.
Develop a broader understanding of the business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and components of the initiatives.
Diligently manage initiatives to ensure the achievement of objectives, such as meeting deadlines, following budgets and complying with quality standards.
Manage priorities and ensure profitability of improvements/solutions delivered based on business value.
Prepare and share comprehensive, high quality follow-up reports adapted for different audiences that demonstrate a clear understanding of the information.
Promote tailored solutions and make recommendations to correct any situations that could affect the progress of projects impacting our sector.
Support the team in the tax slips production
Challenge current operating methods and business rules.
Represent the team in industry committees

Competencies required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years’ relevant experience OR Master’s degree in a related field and three years’ relevant experience
Experience in process improvement
Sound knowledge of change management and managing large-scale projects, a major asset
Experience in an advisory and influencing role with management
Ability to work on multiple files simultaneously using a rigorous approach
Ability to take a leadership role and ensure that the objectives of various groups are met through teamwork
Ability to grasp complex situations and propose innovative solutions in a transformation context
French/English bilingualism necessary, as you will regularly deal with partners located outside Quebec
Preferred competencies
Experience in the tax slip field
Experience in an advisory and influential role with management
Sound knowledge of tools used in projects such as Power BI and Confluence, JIRA
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and perseverance
