Technical Advisor

Reporting to the Access Management department, the T2 – Access Management Technician function is responsible for processing all requests received by the ticketing tool in order to create user access to the services provided by the Bank.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
AD account modification (add/remove directories etc.)
Addition, removal and modification of role in IAM/OIM
Grant the necessary access according to the standards, established policies and security instructions to the various applications supported by this sector
Check the requests made by the partners to ensure consistency and feasibility.
Establish and maintain a relationship of trust and ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and quality work.
Identify operational issues and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures while ensuring the delivery of quality service to our users.
Inform management of difficulties in service delivery and propose actions/solutions to optimize service delivery.
Keep abreast of technological developments and changes in order to follow the evolution of systems, equipment and software and develop their skills and knowledge in order to increase their professional autonomy.
Be accountable for the information transmitted to the various execution teams in order to ensure rapid delivery of services without negative impact to users
More specifically, you will have to:
Validate, analyze and modify, if necessary, the technical documentation received.
Document interventions in the ticketing system indicating any communication with users (verbal and written).
Participate in various cost reduction initiatives
Escalate critical situations to the next level
Ensure compliance with the process and guidelines
Work together with IT partners and suppliers
Assist team members in more complex situations.
Contact the requesters when information is missing in order to properly complete the required work and reduce calls to the IT support center.
Participate in various projects when coordinating or performing work for everything related to account information security (identity management), access to applications, Exchange and AD.
REQUIREMENTS
Three-year college diploma or relevant experience related to the sector of activity
Basic knowledge of ITIL desirable
In-depth knowledge of information technology and technological environments
Advanced knowledge of office and operational applications (MS Office, Exchange, etc.)
Knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of Power Shell
Ability to prioritize and manage emergencies as needed
Ability to follow up and question working methods
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Client-oriented work approach
Initiative, autonomy, judgment and interpersonal relationship
Ability to work in a team
Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English
Have a good sense of analysis
