Your role
Support partners with the various products offered, systems used, and processes applied
Master information related to business processes and act as a resource person
Develop expertise in various areas (knowledge, systems, procedures, work methods)
Identify operational issues and work with others to find solutions
Participate in and support project rollouts
Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

You will collaborate daily with the different Bank sectors and more experienced professionals to offer day-to-day operations support. We rely on our colleagues to share knowledge and help one another.
The main activities of the function are:
Entry point for the NY banking operations
Customer service by phone and emails to clients and partners
Completing daily administratve task
Completing daily reconciliation, audit and compliance tasks
Master the information related to its end-to-end business process in order to act as a reference
Establish links between the various fields of expertise (knowledge, system, procedure, working method)
Identify problematic situations and collaborate in problem solving
The employe must be able to identify the risks inherent in the activities of the Individuals and Businesses sector.
Qualifications – Internal
High school diploma and 3 and a half years of relevant experience or College diploma and 1 and a half years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Cash Management products
Knowledge of Fiserv and Funds Manager applications, desirable
Experience in reconciling bank accounts and internal sections
Experience in process improvement
Experience in the field of operations, desirable
Experience in customer service, desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook software and mastery of collaboration tools (Yammer, Teams,, SharePoint, etc.)
Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English, essential
Communication and positive influence skills
Sense of organization and autonomy
Curiosity and Ability to work in a changing environment
Required skills
College diploma or any other equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Able to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
Able to communicate effectively in English and French
Preferred skills
