Purpose
The Human Resources Generalist is the go-to resource for people leaders and their teams for all human resources related matters. The HR Generalist collaborates with all levels of management, as an HR expert, to provide advice on a wide range of topics such as employee relations, employee recognition, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, change management, and anything else to enhance the employee experience. The HR Generalist is also an advocate for employees, a coach for leaders, a champion of the NLS Values, and someone who promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate is a strong team player who is enthusiastic, resourceful, and results-driven HR Generalist.
