The Navadian CHALLENGE
- Organize regular meetings with project managers to review ongoing projects.
- Manage change notices and project updates
- Prepare and organize end-of-project documentation
- Create and issue purchase orders
- Coordinate delivery dates and deadlines
- Verify and monitor receipt of required manuals
- Manage project documentation structure, creating and organizing necessary files
- Enter, confirm and transfer budgets for change notices
- Develop service offers for change notices
- Create change notice reports.
Your Profile
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects at administrative level
- Ability to gather and process data
- Team spirit, essential for this role!
