We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our dynamic, vibrant, and fast paced Call Centre environment, to provide valuable support and proven experience in sales & service best practice in learning and development.

What you will be doing …
- The primary role of the Sales Trainer will be to guide leaners through the NFS onboarding programme, beginning with responsibility for the Licensing Induction element of the programme, followed by Sales and Product induction.
- When not facilitating the Onboarding Programme the Sales Trainer will be actively using their sales knowledge and training and coaching skills to identify gaps in and improve sales skills either at an individual agent level or a team / departmental level.
What we are looking for….
- LLQP certified ideally with 5 years or more experience
- Demonstrated experience the induction processes, including operating in a licensed environment
- Previous successful experience within a sales training environment
- Proven presentation, facilitation, and strong coaching skills & techniques
- Proven experience in delivering feedback to engender positive behavioural changes
- An expert in the sales process, compliance requirements, supporting systems and products
- Insurance industry call centre experience preferred but not essential
- A high level of organisational & time management skills
- Drive, motivation and be able to think innovatively to explore the art of the possible
- Dynamic individual with high energy and a relentless attitude towards sales best practice and driving improvement
