Position Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer that will support the Canadian market by attracting top talent into our talent pools, build and maintain talent pipelines, work closely and effectively with the Talent Acquisition team and collaborate regionally across the Talent Sourcing experts’ network. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Canada.

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Sourcer:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will identify and engage with the best talent for Nestlé within Canada. You will be a trusted advisor to Recruiters, HR Business Partners and hiring managers.

You will also:

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for priority business areas
  • Deliver against short term demand and anticipated demand, identifying prospective candidates by researching and engaging with talent, effectively utilizing digital and social media channels
  • Engage talent and convert passive or non-job seekers into active candidates as part of our Global Talent Communities for current or future vacancies
  • Tailor the approach to prospective candidates to meet the needs of each specific position by adapting key messages and information
  • Capture and share key market intelligence, and provide market insights to business, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and hiring managers

What will make you successful?

As the successful candidate, you will be an effective communicator and have the capability to negotiate with and influence internal and external parties. You will also need to have an interest in understanding our diverse business needs and bringing forward creative solutions. You will already have great In House or Agency recruitment experience, coupled with a highly organised approach. Your strong collaboration skills will be essential to work within our competitive market.

You will also have:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Experience in sourcing talent for international companies, preferably CPG or agencies providing services for CPG companies
  • Use of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g. Linkedin Recruiter license, Boolean search, Applicant Tracking System – ATS, or CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases)
  • Have a professional and collaborative style with the demonstrated ability to engage and influence key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Be comfortable working in a matrix and rapidly changing environment, and having the ability to work in a virtual team model, with high level of autonomy
  • Have strong teamwork skills, in addition to independent working and relationship management.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
