Nio Wholesale Ltd. Looking for Human Resources Officer at Halifax, NS Full Time

Job Duties:

1. Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems based on our current situation

2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures

3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process

4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans

5. Assist in performance management processes

6. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Qualification Required:

1. Post-secondary graduation is needed.

2. Minimum 3 years of related work experience required.

3. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.

4. Interested candidates must be able to speak English, speaking Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset.

5. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high volume, constantly changing, stressful environment.

6. Ability to act and work independently or in a team environment and to interact effectively with other staff & senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00 per hour
