Accountabilities:
1. Union Collective Bargaining, Union Negotiation, Greivance and Disciplinary procedures.
2. Leave and Disability support management
3. Human Relations:
4. Administration, HR Processes, File Documentation and Data Integrity
5. Communication and Training:
· In collaboration with the HR Director, develop and implement training strategies for the MU
· Participate in development, implementation, and facilitation of training initiatives, providing tools and materials to MUs to facilitate training initiatives, in collaboration with territorial staff
· Provide training materials and tools to the MUs
6. Health & Safety
