As a member of Cross Faculty Education, you will collaborate with various college programs, multiple subject matter experts, educational technology experts and faculty as we develop laddering opportunities and assessment of skills and competencies, in an outcomes-based environment. The role will develop tools and processes to align competency-based microcredentials with outcomes-based programming, creating laddering opportunities, and approaches to assessing relevant skills.

This is a Faculty role, and the pay range is quite large, check out the Faculty Collective Agreement Appendix A to better understand how pay is determined.
