Our Broker Education team is passionate about growing and developing the knowledge base of our extensive Broker network. They enrich the knowledge of all of our Brokers nationally, and are approachable, friendly, and above all else, want to see these partnerships succeed.
The Broker Education Specialist plays a critical role in fostering these relationships while curating captivating education initiatives. From development to delivery, the Specialist has oversight on the entire Education process. Working in conjunction with Sales, Distribution, and many other internal stakeholders – they strive to deliver the most captivating material, and the best experience possible.

You’re great at:
- Communication and relationship-building
- Influencing and leading
- Educating and fostering a learning atmosphere
You have:
- Experience in the Adult Education domain
- A strong background in the P&C Broker environment
