Northlake is looking to hire a Software Engineer to work remotely. The ideal candidate must work within company policy but can think outside the box when needed, target focused with an extremely high level of integrity. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities.
Research, develop, implement, and manage software programs.
Write and implement efficient code.
Test and evaluate new programs.
Work closely with developers and assist them in design and development.
Understand the business and provide daily operational/production support.
Communicate with business users on understanding the business needs and provide solutions/support.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving production development issues.
Required Skills (Not all technical skills are mandatory):
Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
1+ years of hands-on experience with Java Development. Mandatory Skill.
1+ years of experience with Oracle database. Mandatory Skill.
1+ years of hands-on experience in creating views, functions, stored procedures, and
write SQL queries. (Mandatory Skill and must be ready to work on database side as well)
Experience with front end technology, such as Angular JS, Node JS, Vue JS, JSP, Java Script.
Experience with web-services/API.
Experience with Unix or Linux . Mandatory Skill
Experience with Maven and SVN/Git.
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
Experience with at least two of the following technologies: Mandatory Skill
JDBC, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JSON/XML, Servlet, JSP/JSF and JAXB.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data.
