Northvolt Looking for Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines / Manager People Operations at Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Quebec, Canada Full Time

Notre département Ressources Humaines porte plusieurs chapeaux afin de s’assurer de la réussite du projet Northvolt Six au Québec. Allant de la dotation aux relations de travail, en passant par des projets tels qu’un programme de formation à Skellefteå en Suède, nos équipes travaillent de concert afin d’atteindre un but commun: créer une expérience organisationnelle hors-pair qui se démarque dans le milieu industriel Québécois.

Notre future giga-usine, qui sera située au sein des municipalités de Saint-Basile-le-Grand et McMasterville, accueillera plus de 3,000 employé.es d’ici quelques années seulement.

Nos efforts sont donc axés sur la création d’une culture d’entreprise qui permettra cette croissance à la vitesse grand V tout en s’assurant du maintien de nos valeurs, incluant la santé et la sécurité au travail, la qualité de nos opérations et le développement de notre talent à l’interne.

À propos du poste

En Tant Que Gestionnaire Des Ressources Humaines, Vous Serez Responsable De La Mise En Place D’une Structure RH Apte à Évoluer Selon Les Besoins Organisationnels Du Projet Northvolt Six. Les Pôles D’activités Qui Vous Seront Confiés Sont Les Suivants

• Systèmes et données RH: s’assurer d’une suite d’outils RH répondant aux besoins de l’entreprise. Optimisation des intégrations entre différents systèmes. Analyse de données et création de tableaux de bord stratégiques.
• Gestion de la paie et avantages sociaux: s’assurer de cycles de paies conformes. Gestion de l’adhésion des employés à la plateforme avantages sociaux.
• Programme d’intégration: revitaliser le contenu de notre programme d’intégration. Gestion des parties prenantes (équipes TI, gestionnaires, équipe Workspace, etc.)
• Politiques RH: revue et revigoration de nos politiques d’entreprises dans le but d’offrir une expérience moderne au sein d’une compagnie industrielle.
• Gestion de l’équipe RH: responsabilité de gestion d’une équipe formée de Coordinatrice RH et Paie-Maître. Responsabilité de recrutement des futurs membres de l’équipe.

Ranging from staffing to labor relations, and including projects such as a training program in Skellefteå in Sweden, our teams work together to achieve a common goal: to create an unparalleled organizational experience that stands out in the Quebec industrial environment.

Our future gigafactory, which will be located in the municipalities of Saint-Basile-le-Grand and McMasterville, will accommodate more than 3,000 employees in just a few years.

About The Role

As Manager People Operations, you will be responsible for setting up an HR structure capable of evolving according to the organizational needs of the Northvolt Six project. The areas of activity that will be entrusted to you are as follows:

• HR systems and data: ensure a suite of HR tools that meets the needs of the business. Optimization of integrations between different systems. Data analysis and creation of strategic dashboards.
• Payroll management and benefits: ensure compliant pay cycles. Management of employee membership to the social benefits platform.
• Onboarding program: revitalize the content of our onboarding program. Stakeholder management (IT, hiring managers, Workspace team, etc.)
• HR policies: review and reinvigoration of our company policies with the aim of offering a modern experience within an industrial company.
• Management of the HR team: responsibility for managing a team made up of a HR Coordinator and Payroll Specialist. Responsibility for recruiting future team members.

• De l’audace, de la passion et une volonté d’apprendre et de se développer à l’interne
• Un intérêt marqué pour l’analyse et la visualisation de données ; vous êtes un(e) expert(e) d’Excel et/ou de PowerBI
• Une expérience antérieure ou un intérêt envers les domaines industriels, manufacturiers ou technologiques/start-up
• Être ouvert à travailler dans un environnement industriel, plus spécifiquement sur notre site situé dans les municipalités de Saint-Basile-le-Grand/McMasterville. À noter que pour les prochains mois, le rôle sera basé dans nos locaux à Montréal.
• Communication bilingue : communiquer couramment en français et en anglais pour gérer de manière efficace une équipe diversifiée et assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes locales et internationales (Suède, Allemange, Pologne)

What We’re Looking For

• You are bold, passionate and ready to develop your HR competencies internally
• You have a strong interest in data analysis and visualization; you’re an Excel and/or PowerBI expert
• You have previous experience or interest in the industrial, manufacturing or tech/start-up spheres
• You are interested in working in a factory environment, more specifically from our site located in the Saint-Basile-le-Grand/McMasterville municipalities. Kindly note that for the next months, you will be based in the Montreal office
• Bilingual Communication: fluent communication in French and English to effectively manage a diverse team and liaise with local and international stakeholders (Sweden, Germany, Poland)
