We are looking for a motivated, passionate, obsessed individual to be that first point of contact with our firm. We need someone to take responsibility for:
- Owning the front operations of the office
- Raising the bar for exceptional client experience (through rapid service and helping the legal team deliver results)
- Crushing projects to help us increase our exposure to clients
While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, taking over our front office operations means being great with computers and would involve:
- Executing daily administrative work (scanning, e-filing, mail)
- New file client task work
- Report tracking
- Running our E-newsletter
- Creating content for social channels
- Clean up of front office
- Helping lawyers and legal assistants with projects
