The Research Methods Unit (RMU), located in Halifax, is a research unit designed to support clinical and health research throughout Nova Scotia Health, the IWK Health Centre, and Dalhousie University’s Faculties of Medicine, Health Professions and Dentistry.
Reporting to the Research Manager, the Research Secretary would provide administrative support to the Medical Director, Research Manager and ACCRU Team Leads). Administrative duties would include booking meetings, attending meetings to record and circulate minutes, arranging catering, assistance with study closeout and archiving, maintenance of the Research Database and general administrative duties as required (e.g. assisting with Time Capture, ordering and maintaining office supplies, photocopying, general communication) . The successful incumbent should enjoy team work, have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Salary Information
$18.61 – $23.26 hourly
$36,293.80 – $45,367.19 annually
