Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.
As the Production & Logistics Coordinator, under the general direction of the Sales & Operations Planning Lead, you will be responsible for the scheduling of projects in the manufacturing plant and ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. This will include, but is not limited to, creating and organizing a production schedule, working closely with the production team to ensure schedule accuracy, organizing and managing transportation, and overseeing supply chain operations.
Your work will include:
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines and productivity.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Addressing and resolving shipment issues.
- Update and maintain a production schedule.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales & operations Planning Lead, Plant Managers, and Supervisors to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved.
- Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate.

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree or Diploma in business administration or supply-chain related field
- Able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate respectfully, cordially, and freely with people
- Able to motivate other employees when needed
- Exhibit a high level of flexibility and an ability to multi-task at all times
- Able to motivate other employees when needed
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
