The Training Specialist will report to the Training Manager.
This position is located in Lanigan, SK and is not available for remote work.
What you will do:
Provide support to the Training Department
Assist in the development and creation of new training materials, programs, modules
Maintain and update records and files, and provide administrative support
Coordinate, schedule and deliver training
Prepare new hire orientation packages
Aid in the training and development of employees through the use of the Learning Management System and Learning Content Management Systems
What you will bring:
A degree or diploma in Business, Education, HR or other related field
2 – 4 years of experience in a training role
Certificate in Adult Education preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience using a Learning Management System is an asset
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate positive safety behaviour and safety leadership
Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
