Job summary
This position is responsible for managing the coordination and integration of OMA products and services to enhance the member value from the OMA. You will leverage evidence and data to curate new and existing OMA products and services to various segments of our members. You will have a solid understanding of member needs and priorities, ensuring products and services are aligned to drivers of member value while seeking opportunities to raise awareness to enhance member uptake and experience. The manager will develop and monitor key data trends and metrics and drive opportunities in innovation and improvement.

The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.
