The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources professional to provide leadership and strategic advice in the areas of Labour and Employee Relations, Human Resources policy and program development and facilitation, recruitment and selection, compensation and job structure, workplace initiatives, wellness programs and more. As a pivotal member of the OCSB Human Resources team, your knowledge and experience will be instrumental in supporting a thriving organization where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our organizational success.
Under the direction of the Superintendent of Human Resources, the Manager of Human Resources will have the following accountabilities:

This is a full time permanent (1.0 FTE) position with an annual salary range of $111,686 – $126,238. A comprehensive employee benefits and pension package is provided. This position is anticipated to start once the staffing process is complete.
