The Opportunity
P38 is recruiting a Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will help with policy evolution, recruiting, onboarding and orientation, as well as administration of benefits, training programs and performance management systems as part of our continuous improvement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting
Review applicants, assess capabilities and qualifications relative to role requirements and, if appropriate, recommend candidates for consideration
Contact applicants to inform them of the status of their employment possibilities, consideration and selection
Conduct regular follow-up with leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Organize and manage employee onboarding processes
Ensure new hires are set up for success
Employee Programs
Monitoring and administering various HR Programs, including:
Uniform Program
Boot Allowance
Attendance Management
Performance Evaluations
Interfacing with leaders to ensure HR requirements and procedures are completed in a timely manner in accordance with standard processes
Conducting exit interviews and managing employee resignation/termination protocols
Supporting various HR projects within the scope of the overall HR strategy
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in human resources administration or office administration is considered an asset
Work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
