P4P Marketing is a Canadian-based company and leading provider of contact services for the full-service moving and storage industry. We are hiring Customer Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The perfect candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets, drive sales growth, and source new sales opportunities with target customers
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset
- Must be self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment, driven by a commission-based earnings structure.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in sales or related marketing degree
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Must be engaging, influential and able to overcome objections.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Personal computer (Windows 7 or higher/ Mac OS X or higher) and USB headset
- High-speed internet with direct connection (no Wi-Fi, Hubs, or Satellite connections). Minimum speeds of 20mbps download, 10mpbs upload
- Must have hardwired internet connection and USB headset
We offer:
- Paid training period
- Hybrid base pay / commission-based earnings structure
