Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

The Manager, Relationship Marketing is responsible for direct marketing and customer lifecycle management for acquisition and retention of members, leads and fosters prospects, cross-sells to grow products per member and deliver retention efforts, and to help with marketing campaigns and strategies. In this role you will mainly use Microsoft Dynamics to maximize return on investment.

This role will shares expertise across the organization on insights, growth and return on investment through Microsoft Dynamics.

This role helps lead Marketing team members that support product and service initiatives and works cross-divisionally to improve customer experience and deliver on brand vision to grow and retain business.

You will apply analytical and technical expertise to direct marketing campaigns, influence the organization as the customer relationship management expert, collaborate with key internal stakeholders, research and execute acquisition and retention campaigns, and provide insight to improve results by analyzing and developing metrics.

In this role, you would work on campaign management, prioritized and evaluate campaigns, measure success on scorecards, and report results.

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

Proficient experience working with Microsoft Dynamics to develop campaigns, report results, and analyze data

Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience in sales or marketing, with responsibility for operational service levels and revenue accountability
