Pacifica Treatment Centre (Pacifica) is an innovative non-profit society, founded in 1977, providing progressive in-residence treatment and community-based supportive recovery services for individuals experiencing problematic substance use, in conjunction with concurrent mental health concerns and trauma.
Pacifica has established a continuum of services that enhance sustainable recovery, quality of life, and well-being of the individuals we serve. Through treatment, education, and ongoing support, we empower individuals to “own their path” to self-discovery, self-empowerment, and self-actualization.

Position: Integrative Wellness Program Coordinator
Position Status: Permanent Full Time
Classification: 38
Rate: $33.00 – $34.54
Days/hours of Work: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 am-18:00 pm. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and alternate days of the week may be required to accommodate work functions (flexible schedule).

Scope of Work:
Reporting to the Supervisor of Interdisciplinary Clinical Practice and as a member of the community-based interdisciplinary care team, the Integrative Wellness Coordinator plans, develops, organizes, implements, documents, and evaluates meaningful recreation programs and leisure activities, that address the physical, social, and spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and cultural needs of the clients we serve. From a community-based perspective, assesses clients, develops care plans, and provides recreational interventions to enhance the restoration of psychosocial functioning, quality of life and well-being.
