The Office and People and Culture (HR) Administrator is the first point of interaction with clients and employees. They will be responsible for the office administration and People and Culture (HR) support for Paladin Security’s Southern Alberta operations, located out of Red Deer, Alberta. This is a hands-on role that will require an individual who is a self-starter with a propensity to detail and a proven track record of working in a team dynamic environment while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and staff. This role with work closely with the Regional Manager, People and Culture in Calgary and the Director, People and Culture to ensure that we are following best practices to provide the utmost service possible to our greatest resource, our people. Please note, there will not be options to work remotely in this role and has office hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
