We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to support the team by making sure all processes are organized, optimized, and candidates and employees are well supported.

The Talent Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Recruiter, Hiring Managers and with the People Operations Manager to effectively support the team with different projects and routine tasks. In this role you’ll:
Partner with Uvaro’s Recruiter and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and source candidates when necessary
Own the onboarding process by submitting offers, enrolling employees in the benefits plan, and managing all the steps until their first day
Schedule and organize all preboarding and onboarding activities
Optimize People Operations processes with automations and add new tools when possible
Support with tools implementation and integrations
Help to develop ideas on how to improve the People Operations processes, and candidate and employee experiences
Update and keep current the Company Handbook for Managers and Employees
Support with the company’s internal communications
Support with material preparation and communications for internal events and special projects
Support employees with different requirements
Organize and deliver well-being programs
In the first six months you’ll:
Support employees with different requirements
Implement the new recruitment system and increase adoption
Implement the new HRIS and automate onboarding processes (new hires and internal mobility)
Organize People Operations information in the Company Handbook, and in Google Drive
Manage eNPS, Career Success, and other surveys
Create and communicate policies when needed
Support recruitment with different requirements
Support Learning and Development goals within the company with communications, documentation, and by creating a successful employee experience

Experience working in administration and process-oriented roles
