Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for almost 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We are looking for a steady Maintenance Shop Laborer who can be responsible for a variety of duties.
This position will be primarily based out of our Maintenance Shop location in Sherwood Park, AB.
This is a full-time permanent position with competitive wages and benefits.
The successful candidate’s primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and Organizing the shop and yard
- Washing and cleaning vehicles and equipment
- Picking up and dropping off parts
- Assisting automotive, heavy equipment mechanics and welders as required
- Shuttling vehicles from various sites
- General Labor Duties
- Operate basic hand and power tools
Requirements
- Exceptional organization
- Strong work Ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid class 5 drivers license and clean 5 year commercial abstract
- Successful candidates must have a driving record free of major infractions, and must pass a medical/fitness exam, as conditions of employment. ***
