As Crop Inputs Administrator, the successful candidate will contribute to the overall operation of the elevator through daily administrative tasks.
Your day to day activities will include:
Generating invoices for customers and applying payments to invoices and account reconciliation
Providing exceptional customer service and entering accounts payable information into the system
Weekly reporting and monitoring along with month end tasks and responsibilities
Contributing to the success of the Crop Inputs business
Assist in Operations and Administrative duties as required in order to meet customer needs
The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Agribusiness, Business Administration or Accounting is preferred
Experience or background in the grain industry would be considered an asset
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Strong problem solving abilities and solid analytical, organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail is critical, excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
