Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for construction site management, estimating, organization, budgeting, and project management.
Qualifications
- Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, Budgeting, and Project Management skills
- strong online and software skills including email.and excel.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Relevant construction certifications and licenses
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
