Main Responsibilities:
- Month-end accounting journal entries and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, including bank, prepaid expenses, provisions, fixed asset, inter-company and accruals
- Maintain the fixed asset file ensuring reconciliation to GL and the physical log
- Bank Activities, such as deposits and wire transfers, bank reconciliation and performing JE relating to these transactions
- Inter-company invoicing relating to disbursements and charges including creating, posting and confirming transactions
- Co-ordinate information requests for internal and external audits
- Prepare government tax remittance and statistic reports
- Ad hoc requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting,
- Enrolment or recent completion of accounting designation
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
