Are you a seasoned Millwork Estimator with 5 years of experience looking to elevate your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client team in Mississauga and play a crucial role in our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in millwork estimation to provide accurate and detailed cost assessments for various projects.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of winning bids.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost analyses, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed and organized project documentation, including take-offs, bills of materials, and cost breakdowns.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and materials to provide insights that contribute to the success of the estimating process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Millwork Estimator.
• Strong knowledge of millwork materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
