Permasearch, a TPI Company Looking for Accounts Receivable Clerk at Kitchener, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Our client is seeking a qualified Accounting Coordinator to join their organization. This is a Direct Hire role.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: collection calls and resolutions; generate invoices, billing and account statements; manage customer payments and deposits; build hourly efficiency reports; reporting of collection updates; monitor credit limits
• Assist Accounts Payable: full-cycle invoice processing including GL coding, PO & contract verification and payment tracking; handle vendor requests
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of accounting (receivables & collections) experience is a must
• University degree or College diploma in accounting/business administration is ideal (terrific opportunity for recent graduate)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office a must)
