Job Title: Customer Experience Representative Order Entry Clerk
Job Type: 8-12 months
Hourly rate: $20.67/hr
Position is 100% Remote
Location: Lachine
Tentative Start date: January potentially sooner
Permobil is a prominent manufacturer and distributor in the health community. We provide medical equipment to those in need, such as wheelchair accessories, adaptive devices, hospital beds and more. Our hours are 830-5 Monday-Friday, no weekends. This position is a 8-12 year contract with the possibility of permanency.

Preferred skills and experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer support
- Must be able to write in both (French and English)
- Experience with an order entry system is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook)
- Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail with accuracy
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Processing quotes/orders into our ERP system
- Contact customers via email regarding missing information/inquiries
- Following up on orders
- Adjusts their own errors and sends them to CEM for approval
