Responsibilities:
- Provide general information to the public and non-urgent requests to appropriate staff.
- Answer phones and respond to phone inquiries.
- Book client appointment and offer post treatment follow up call
- Accept payment
- Excellent social media skill
- Use Canva to create a post
- Update practice website and clinic medical software
- With training, able to recommed skin care product carried by the clinic
- Type basic documents and reports.
- Light office cleaning after procedure
- Operate a fax machine or other office equipment as assigned.
- Carry out administrative or clerical tasks as assigned (e.g., photocopying, filing, distributing mail, delivering packages).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-37 per week
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
