- Lead onboarding and offboarding for all employees
- Compile employee documentation (inclusive to onboarding documents, work permits, etc.)
- Develop, review and improve current processes
Who you are:
- Graduated from a recognized post secondary institution
- Working towards or as completed their CPHR designation
- Excellent customer service (for employees and vendors)
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources
