- The Assistant Recruiter works alongside the Recruitment Team in developing pools of qualified health care professionals. Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Communicate effectively with candidates
- Essential to the office atmosphere is that each role works collaboratively to meet Plan A’s goals and objectives. This includes the collaboration of ideas, an evenly distributed workload, and a positive attitude.
- Work in a team-orientated environment alongside the Recruitment Team.
- Communicate with candidates through email and phone to set up interviews, provide updates, etc.
- Perform various duties and must be flexible.
Assistant Recruiter Job Description:
- Assist the Recruitment Team in developing pools of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Assist with building networks to find qualified candidates.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Attend and assist with career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment: – Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. – Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Assist with screening applicant resumes and scheduling interviews with appropriate candidates.
- Gather contact information, enter data into the database and maintain database information on candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
