Planet Beach Namao (North Edmonton) is seeking a Spa Consultant to join our team! If you are friendly, outgoing, motivated, and love providing great customer service then this is the perfect job for you!
As a Planet Beach Sales Consultant, you will need to be able to work independentlyto run the day to day operations of the spa. Time and task management skills are necessary as well as great communication and social skills.
Duties include:
* Becoming a Planet Beach Expert (become knowledgeable about all our products and services)
* Building Rapport with Clients
* Membership & Product Sales
* Sanitizing Equipment
* Answering the phone & Appointment Bookings
* Prospecting & Lead Follow up
HOURS/AVAILABILITY:
At this time we are looking for someone with full availability who is able to work 30-40 hours per week in a blend of day, evenings, or weekend shifts. Daytime shifts run 9:30am-4:30pm and evening shifts are 4:00pm-9:30pm. Weekends are 9:30-5:30pm. Please be specific about your availability so that we can see how bringing you on to the team would fit.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation includes base pay plus commission on membership sales ($25/each), tips, and bonus incentives based on individual sales (extra $1-$3 per hour) as well as a free spa membership and great product discounts.
