- Create and complete your Plum profile (Click HERE). At Plum, we drink our own champagne so of course we use our own product in the hiring process! We want to know more about who you are and how align with a role, so we ask that you complete the Plum Discovery Survey. You’ll get a chance to check out our base product firsthand and get your own Plum Profile that highlights your strengths and gives you tips to make sure your next role is the right fit. It will also provide us with valuable insights to match you with future opportunities within our company
- Stay up-to-date: Keep your contact information and preferences up-to-date, ensuring that we can reach out to you when suitable positions arise
- Review and update your profile: Periodically revisit your Plum profile to help with your own professional development or if you are searching for a new role.
