Focused on supporting our recruitment needs across British Columbia, you will drive for results by leading our full cycle recruitment process to identify and hire top candidates.

What YOU Will Do
Take charge to source, recruit and hire top candidates – own the entire recruitment process!
Get creative and develop unique sourcing and recruitment strategies;
Put your interpersonal skills to work and develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and partners to deliver a best in class hiring experience;
Be an ambassador of our brand and help to develop creative ways to showcase our initiative for becoming an employer of choice;
Be proactive and connect with passive candidate networks using platforms such as Linked in, Indeed, etc;
Be a resource and provide coaching and support to our leaders to ensure the best application of recruitment;
Take pride in onboarding and assist with new employee integration;
Network, network, network!Create memorable first impressions through attending key networking events;
Take pride in promoting Pomerleau’s Intern Excellence program and be creative in engaging students in campus initiatives;
Proactively seek opportunities to increase social media engagement;
Assist with the departure process including attending departure meetings and exit interviews;
Participate in the rollout of OD initiatives and the development, execution and continuous improvement of recruitment and human resource strategies;
Ensure maintenance of employee records
Celebrate success and be a key member of the team.
What YOU Will Bring
3 – 7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources;
A post-secondary degree or diploma, or a combination of education and industry experience;
A proven track record of full-cycle recruitment success and team collaboration;
A reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Strong computer skills paired with enthusiasm for innovation;
Experience recruiting construction management professionals and/or trades is considered an asset.
